The Stand Alone approach is the quickest and easiest way to get your recognition program off the ground.  This is the best approach if your goal is to launch a recognition program focused on one particular area, such as On-the-Spot. 

This program can run in parallel to any other initiatives you may already have.  If in the future you decide to add additional programs, our web based platform makes it extremely simple.  If you would like to start with more than one initiative from the start, our Umbrella approach is the way to go.
